Please read if you would like to rent our videos.

Art-Video.com is the largest art video mail order store in existence!  Rental by mail is possible in the US, Canada and Puerto Rico.  Anyone may purchase our videos worldwide without membership. However, if you choose to rent videos, you need to become a Member of our library.  You have two options, yearly or lifetime membership.

New Rental Membership (Two options to rent)

• One Year Membership $45.00
• Lifetime Membership $95.00

Membership includes first rental Free ($6.00 value)

As a member you may:

• Rent videos with option to buy (rental fee applied toward purchase)
• Reserve videos upon request
• Request scheduled delivery on a particular date
• Rent up to four videos at one time and keep for seven full days viewing.
• Place another order before your first order has been returned
• Extend rental an additional week by notifying us by e-mail or call our 800#
• Receive our toll free order number

Video Rental Fees

• Most Titles: $6.00 each
• Selected Titles: $9.00 each
• Few Titles (double cassette or lengthy) $16.00 or $18.00

How It Works - Generally, your order will be filled and shipped the same day we receive it, unless your selection is temporarily out at the time.  This is why we encourage you to select alternate choices (see on our order form).  You may rent as many as four videos at one time. Once you receive your video package, you may keep the videos for a full seven days of viewing time.  The package comes self-contained, with shipping label and return postage attached.  Simply notify us by phone or e-mail if you wish to keep the tapes for an extra week rental or to purchase your rented video(s).

• 1 VHS - $7.00 includes return postage
• 2-3 VHS - $11.00 includes return postage
• 4 VHS - $14.00 includes return postage

• 1-4 DVDs - $7.00 includes return postage
  (No additional shipping charge to combine DVDs with videos. Thus, 2 videos plus 2 DVDs, $11.00 total shipping.)

    Purchase Shipping (may vary depending on weight)

• 1 VHS or DVD - $6.00
• Each additional - $1.50

I confirm the above information and the information on the order form to be accurate.  I agree to abide by set forth information for rental of Video tapes and to return them seven days after receiving them or pay for additional rental charges or retail cost of replacement.  I agree not to lend rented Videos to anyone but will maintain personal possession through the duration of the rental period.  All tapes are protected by copyright and I agree not to duplicate or copy them in any form.  I agree to be responsible for any loss of or damage to rented Video tapes should they become lost, stolen or destroyed.  I agree to purchase such tapes at retail price, minus the amount of rental fees paid.  Failure to return Video tapes may result in criminal prosecution according to state and federal law.
